Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in the Pinellas Park Christmas Parade! We look forward to seeing you on December 11th! Here,
you can find general information concerning registration.
Registration for our 38th Annual Holiday Parade begins Wednesday September 1st and runs through Friday, November 19th.
Late registration begins Saturday, November 22nd and runs through Friday, December 3rd . Late registration requires
a $25.00 fee paid in full upon completing your registration at one of the two mandatory participant meetings.
Standard Applications are available for all registrants that aren't marching bands or equestrian groups. This would
include the private, commercial and non-profit entries. There is a $25 registration fee for commercial
entries that will be paid in full upon completing your registration at one of the two mandatory participant meetings.

Marching Band Applications are available for all High School Marching Bands that wish to participate in the event.
The first five marching bands that register are guaranteed at least a $500 prize.

MANDATORY MEETING NOTICE
Celebrate Pinellas Park, Inc. will be holding MANDATORY meetings on Monday, December 6th OR Wednesday, Tuesday
December 7th, both beginning at 7:00PM at the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center ( 4951 78th Ave. N). At least one person MUST
attend to represent each entry, but due to capacity constraints, no more than two. At the meeting, you will sit through a
brief presentation followed by a question answer session. Afterwartds, you will receive your line up information which
includes your official cardstock document that displays your line up number to be placed on your unit. (See Section V, Item
2 in our Rules, Regulations and Procedures document for more details.) After you complete your registration, you will have
an opportunity to purchase beads. The price will be $50 for 60 dozen strands. Please remember that if someone
representing your entry does not attened one of the two meetings, your entry will not participate in our 37th Annual
Holiday Parade!
